The exact services, deliverables, timeline, fees, and responsibilities for each project will be defined in the applicable proposal, quotation, agreement, or written confirmation.
Each project is based on an agreed scope of work.
Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees, timeline adjustments, or a separate quotation.
RAW MEDIA WORKS reserves the right to confirm whether a requested change constitutes a revision or additional work.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required content, brand assets, references, approvals, access credentials where necessary, and other materials reasonably required to complete a project.
Delays in receiving required information, assets, approvals, or feedback may affect the agreed project timeline.
RAW MEDIA WORKS will use professional creative judgment when developing concepts and deliverables.
Creative concepts may vary from client expectations during the development process. Feedback and revisions should be provided through the agreed project communication process.
The number of included revision rounds, where applicable, will be specified in the project proposal or agreement.
Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
Project timelines are estimates unless a specific deadline has been expressly agreed in writing.
Client delays, additional requests, changes in scope, delayed approvals, unavailable assets, technical issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery dates.
Project fees and payment schedules will be communicated through the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice, or agreement.
Work may begin after the required advance payment or confirmation specified in the project agreement has been received.
Additional work outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the client may be responsible for payment for work already completed and approved expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.
Specific cancellation and refund terms may be defined in the applicable project agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, RAW MEDIA WORKS retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, working files, templates, processes, concepts, tools, techniques, and reusable resources.
Ownership or licensing of final project deliverables will be determined by the applicable proposal, invoice, agreement, or written arrangement.
Third-party fonts, stock images, music, plugins, software, footage, templates, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective license terms.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, RAW MEDIA WORKS may display completed creative work in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, awards submissions, and promotional materials.
If a project is confidential or subject to restrictions on public display, those restrictions should be communicated and agreed upon in writing.
The client represents that it has the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to provide materials to RAW MEDIA WORKS for use in the project.
This may include logos, photographs, videos, music, fonts, trademarks, written content, and other intellectual property.
The client is responsible for obtaining required permissions for materials it supplies.
Projects may involve third-party services, platforms, software, hosting providers, social networks, advertising platforms, or other external systems.
RAW MEDIA WORKS cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, functionality, policies, algorithms, or performance of third-party platforms.
For website or digital projects, functionality may depend on hosting providers, domains, plugins, APIs, third-party services, browsers, devices, and other technologies.
Unless expressly included in the project scope, ongoing hosting, maintenance, software licenses, domain registration, third-party subscriptions, and technical support may be charged separately.
Creative, marketing, advertising, social media, branding, and digital services are intended to support business and communication objectives.
RAW MEDIA WORKS does not guarantee specific sales, revenue, follower growth, engagement, conversion rates, advertising results, search rankings, or other business outcomes unless expressly agreed in writing.
Both parties may receive confidential business or project information during a working relationship.
Each party should take reasonable steps to protect confidential information and use it only for legitimate project or business purposes.
Specific confidentiality obligations may be established through a separate NDA or agreement.
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with website functionality, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RAW MEDIA WORKS will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of our website or services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these Terms from time to time.

The interpretation and application of these Terms will be subject to applicable law and any specific written agreement between RAW MEDIA WORKS and the client.
Where a signed project agreement contains terms that conflict with these website Terms, the project-specific agreement will govern that project to the extent of the conflict.
